Potty Time!! But it's NO party!

I thought it might be a good idea to potty train Cambree before I had the baby so that I could relieve some stress when the baby came. I also heard it was easier to potty train girls than boys and I potty trained Ethan at 2 years old and he did great so I thought I was good to go because Cambree was now two years old. Yaaah......I was wrong! It has been quite the struggle!! She did great at first and loved wearing her new "pincess big grirls"!! Shortly after she started to really get the hang of it, she started having a lot of accidents. It was so bad she was having like 7-10 accidents in one day! And the weird thing was that she would go at least that many times on the toilet too. She would go potty on the toilet and then five minutes later have an accident! Well this was getting a bit frustrating and I was about to give up when I was talking to a friend about my naughty daughter and she mentioned that one of her daughters got urinary tract infections quite frequently when they were potty training her. That very day Cambree was going potty and said "Owweeeee" and I knew that something was wrong! (Thanks McKenna!) So I took her to the doctor and sure enough she had an infection. We put her on an antibiotic and she seems to be doing better now and getting the hang of going potty again.

She then observed that everyone else uses the "big potty" and she thought she was big too like "Eshan" and wanted to go on the big potty. It took her awhile but she is a very determined little girl and stubborn like her mother and kept at it until she found a creative way to crawl up their "by self mommy" and amazingly does well. She definitely doesn't let anything get in her way of her goal.
